Do you ever go to the gym but find yourself trying to plan a session during your warm-ups?

Want to compete but don't know where to start?

This plan is HUGE! It consists of 28-30 weeks of training, fully prescribed and customised for you. We prepare your plan following you providing key information in order for us to set out the right volume and intensity of your plan.

How does it look

Hypertrophy Blocks 1 & 2 (10 weeks) - Improve on weak points and general all round strength.

Strength Block 1 (5 weeks) - Cement the development from the hypertrophy blocks within the first of 3 strength blocks

Strength Blocks 2 & 3 (10 weeks) - Bring the work to a targeted approach, becoming competition specific/ complimentary

Peak & Taper Block (3-5 weeks) - Take your newfound strength improvements and prepare your body for competition. You are Platform Ready!

Competition Day - Warm-up sets and reps will be provided in addition to target lift numbers for the 3 attempts.
