This plan is HUGE! It consists of 13-15 weeks of training, fully prescribed and customised for you. We prepare your plan following you providing key information in order for us to set out the right volume and intensity of your plan.
How does it look
Strength Blocks 2 & 3 (10 weeks) - Bring the work to a targeted approach, becoming competition specific/ complimentary
Peak & Taper Block (3-5 weeks) - Take your newfound strength improvements and prepare your body for competition. You are Platform Ready!
Competition Day - Warm-up sets and reps will be provided in addition to target lift numbers for the 3 attempts.
You'll get around 3 months of training with a clear structure to get you to competition or setting new PR's
